Recyclable City!
After visiting the Kim Adams' exhibit at the AGO we were inspired to make our own city model! We started off by making a list of what we would like to see as part of our city and then used old cardboard boxes and other found, recyclable objects as our building materials!
These young architects sure had some wonderful and green ideas for their ideal city! I was surprised and inspired by how environmental they all were.
Our City consisted of:
-TWO waterfalls
-A river
-TWO lakes
-a farm
-the woods
-a train to transport the food from the farm
-Wheat factory
-a town flag
-community area where we lived beside eachother (beside a LAKE!!)
-gardens
